This project encompassed a comprehensive renovation of a handsome Back Bay residence. We reconfigured the floor plan to accommodate a newly designed kitchen and to establish a more private family room/office at the rear of the home. In addition, we reimagined the layout of one of the bedrooms to create a true ensuite bed-and-bath arrangement, and we revised the laundry room and powder room plans to provide additional space and functionality within the laundry area.

All bathrooms were fully redesigned and updated with new tile, custom vanities, wallpaper, and modern plumbing fixtures. The flooring throughout the home was refinished with a lighter, contemporary stain to minimize yellowing and enhance the overall aesthetic. Finally, our team executed all aspects of the interior decoration, including the selection and procurement of furniture, rugs, drapery, wallpaper and accessories.
