Meet The Team

Owner
Sylvia Pagán Westphal
Sylvia founded Herringbone & Brass when she realized that styling and interior design were intricate components of her work in luxury real estate. Sylvia is a licensed real estate agent and works with MGS Group Real Estate, a boutique real estate firm in Boston.
Clients reach out to Sylvia when they are starting to think about putting their luxury home on the market. She has renovated, built and sold multiple luxury properties in Boston and Miami, and she advises clients on the best strategy to introduce their luxury home to buyers.
Sylvia also partners with Amy and Lisa on several of H&B's interior design projects, helping oversee their trajectory and collaborating with Amy and Lisa on design selections.
